To arrange any services with Canine & Co, please contact us directly via phone at 07738239818 or by email at canineandco.6@gmail.com. Initial contact can also be made via social media platforms. This allows for us to discuss your requirements in detail, ensure the service is tailored to your animal’s needs, and confirm availability. All bookings are handled personally to provide a reliable and professional experience from the very first step.

Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions – Canine & Co

By booking services with Canine & Co, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

By booking any service with Canine & Co, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made directly with Canine & Co via phone, email, WhatsApp, or the contact form on this website.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in advance. Weekly or monthly payment arrangements may be agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or a payment link provided. Invoices are available upon request.

Payment is required within 24 hours of the invoice or payment link being sent. Late payment may result in future bookings being declined until any outstanding balance has been cleared.

Bundle packages must be used within the timeframe stated on the price list.

Pre-paid services and bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All prices are subject to change. Reasonable notice will be given wherever possible.

All times given are approximate. I will aim to arrive within a 15-minute window of the agreed time, although this may occasionally vary due to traffic, weather, emergencies, or delays earlier in the day.

Bank Holiday bookings are subject to availability and may be charged at an increased rate.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a booking without charge.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

If Canine & Co needs to cancel a booking, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a refund or an alternative booking.

3. Pet Health, Behaviour & Disclosure

Owners must disclose all relevant medical conditions, behavioural issues, reactivity, bite history, or special requirements before services begin and must keep Canine & Co informed of any changes.

Canine & Co reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if an animal poses a risk to themselves, others, or if relevant information has been withheld.

4. Handling, Equipment & Consistency

Where a dog is currently working with a trainer or following specific handling or training protocols, it is the owner’s responsibility to provide this information before services begin and to update Canine & Co as training progresses.

This information allows for consistent handling. Where such information is not provided, services will be carried out using Canine & Co’s professional judgement, and handling may differ from an owner’s preferred methods.

Owners must provide all relevant information regarding equipment, tools, and handling preferences used to walk their dog.

Dogs will be walked on a lead, long line, or flexi unless off-lead exercise has been discussed in advance, permission has been given, and Canine & Co is confident the dog has a reliable recall.

5. Safety & Liability

While every effort will be made to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your animal, Canine & Co cannot be held liable for injury, illness, loss, or death that occurs beyond reasonable control.

Owners are responsible for ensuring dogs are safely secured on their property for collection and drop-off.

Canine & Co is fully insured; however, owners remain responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dog.

6. Identification & Insurance

Canine & Co is fully insured for all services provided.

Insurance is provided by Protectivity and Harry Hall.

Proof of insurance can be supplied upon request. Copies of personal identification documents (such as passports or driving licences) will not be provided.

7. Emergencies & Veterinary Care

In the event of an emergency, Canine & Co will make every effort to contact you immediately.

If you cannot be reached, Canine & Co reserves the right to seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.

8. Equine & Yard Services

Horses, facilities, and equipment must be safe and suitable for handling.

All instructions for feeding, turnout, and stable management must be clearly provided in advance.

Canine & Co accepts no liability for pre-existing injuries, illnesses, or conditions.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will still be charged in full.

Payment for equine and yard services is due by the date stated on the invoice.

Regular equine and yard bookings reserve agreed days and approximate times in my diary.

Changes to bookings, including additional duties or different timings, require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice and are subject to availability.

If alternative cover is arranged for an already booked visit with less than 48 hours’ notice, this will be treated as a cancellation.

Seasonal changes, including clock changes, do not automatically alter agreed booking times.

Bank Holiday equine and yard visits are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

9. Photography & Social Media

With your consent, photographs or videos of your animal may be taken during services and shared on Canine & Co’s website or social media channels.

If you do not wish your animal to be photographed or filmed, please inform Canine & Co at the meet and greet.

10. Data Protection

Canine & Co complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

All personal information shared with Canine & Co will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing agreed services, managing bookings, and communicating with clients.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
