Lill has helped me look after loads of animals over the years – not just dogs – and she’s honestly brilliant. You can tell straight away how much she cares. She’s so kind, careful, and always puts your dog’s needs first.
She’s someone you can completely trust – not just with your pets, but in general. Her communication is great, she always listens, and she really takes the time to get to know each dog and what they need. It’s clear she genuinely loves what she does and takes her duty of care seriously.

We were originally contacted to help with Arj and his brother via our vet who was treating him. He was living in London in a very hectic environment after he was rescued as a tiny puppy from the streets of India by his original owners, who were set to have a baby which he wouldn’t have coped with. We found Lill and she wanted to adopt him. She has been so committed to him from day 1, she was for the challenge. He has big trust issues and yet she was patient and genuinely wanted to help him. To see him bond with her was brilliant. She also brings him to all sorts of workshops and handles him around dogs and people which has helped his confidence and understanding of how to behave in certain situations. She’s given him safety in how she manages interactions with strangers which is exactly what he needed. Working towards their SR test is also helping manage his expectations of everyday interactions. Lill has done a great job with him and without her I don’t think he would still be with us.

As a first-time puppy owner, I felt totally lost, but Lill was amazing right away. She recommended excellent YouTube videos before we even met, putting me at ease. She's calm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable – I trust her completely with my pup. She walks him during work hours, always wipes his paws, ensures he's comfortable, and continues training seamlessly on every walk. 100% recommend! Thank you Lill 🐶
